Has it been a while????

Ok....so I've been busy. I keep trying to post some pictures...but there are just so many. So I'm going to start with the latest and I'll catch up.
I finally got some pictures from Halloween. I actually made these costumes. If you know me at all...you'll be very impressed. I didn't even know how to work a sewing machine until I made these. i didn't even know how to thread the bobber. My mom bought me a sewing machine 3 years ago...cause I'm a mom now....and mom's need to know how to make things for their kids. But I was always too scared to try.
So this was the time to try...I have two kids now and it was time for 'Mommy' to make the costumes. No patterns, no knowledge....just a picture from the Internet, a piece of chalk, and an eager five year old who was amazing help.

This just warmed my heart the other day. I woke up and found these two in the living room playing together. I just love these two.

I'll catch up more later. It's late and I really should take advantage of a quiet house and get some sleep. Hope all is well with everyone.
