Tango is 4 Months Old!!

Well, Gage is four months now!!! He had a clean bill of health at his check-up. He is now 14 lbs, 9 oz. and is 23.5 in long!! He's in the 50th %ile for his weight, but only in the 10th for his height. I sure hope this doesn't mean he's going to be the short, fat kid!!! ;)

Gage and I went for a walk yesterday while Evan and Madi practiced up on their soccer skills for this weekend's tournament. Here's our little get-up so we can walk. Boy that added weight is great for the legs...my calves were burning!!

We were given the OK to start feeding him cereal. Madisyn has been looking forward to this day since he was born. She was so excited to hear the news....so of course she was the first to feed him. Here are some pictures of this very big moment for those two!!

Listen to her while she feeds him...he keeps "talking" to her and she says, "Yes, uh-huh, tell me more..." She is the sweetest big sister. Tango is a lucky little boy. She loves him so much...and think the feelings are reciprocated.


She was so sweet, gentle and patient as she fed him. As a mom, it was incredible to watch.


Look at him look at her like, "Thanks, Sissy, that was great!"


"Oh, it is so good. I want more please!"

So good, now we'll eat our fingers!


It was great for all of us. Watching Madi feed Tango was, thus far, one of my greatest "mommy moments"!
